A Quiet Space for You

Quiet pockets of time are looking really good to me right now. How about you? 

For me, I think it's a combination of the steady exposure to negative energy, an imbalance between doing and being, and a desire for a quiet, simple life. 

Whatever the reason, I’ve talked with enough people lately to know I’m not alone in this. 

Here's the tricky part. When we feel most in need of a true reset, the classic advice is often some version of: Go on retreat. 

Retreats can be very supportive. I've never regretted any that I've attended. They can also be expensive, logistically complicated, and out of reach in a season when you’re already carrying a lot. Even if you could make it happen, it might not be the priority right now. The timing just may not work. 

That doesn't mean that you can't create a special space to nurture yourself right without flights or a packed schedule. 

I'm building a series designed to help you create your own quiet pockets of peace at home, in a way that actually fits real life.  Practical, doable, meaningful.
