What Is This Season Asking You to Release?

Â
This particular focus, release, won't be offered as a live, guided cohort again before Fall 2027.
Choose Your Experience
"A tree doesn't shed its leaves out of failure. When their season is done, it releases them. Not as a loss, but as what the season asks for. What's essential, the roots and the trunk, remains."
Â
When your days are full, it's rarely just the to-do list. Underneath it are things that have simply become familiar: the standards you hold yourself to, the expectations you've absorbed, the urge to please, the life path you're on, the way rest keeps landing last on the list.
Some of these may be exactly right for you. Others may have run their course. And there may be things that matter to you now that haven't had enough room or attention.
Fall gives us a natural point to notice. Seasons of Stillness creates space for that discernment.
It is an intentional seasonal moment to pause and ask:
- What am I continuing from habit rather than choice?
- What still belongs, and what am I ready to set down?
- What needs more room or attention in my life right now?Â
Release is part of the season, but it isn't the whole of it. What it makes room for is stillness, quiet enough to recognize what matters now and consider what you want to do with what you notice.
You may choose to continue something, approach it differently, let it go, or give more attention to something that has been waiting for room.
 Who It's For
Â
Space Created For Whatever Season You're In
Â
You don't need prior mindfulness experience, and you don't need a "broken" life to fix. This space is designed for you if you find yourself in one of these moments:
Carrying High Responsibility
Â
You look like you're managing fine on the outside. Inside, the cost of holding it all together has been building for a while, and you're ready for some space to notice what you need now.
Returning to Practice
Â
Â
You used to have a grounding rhythm, but life's busyness crowded it out. You want a structured, gentle way to return to yourself.Â
Â
Seeking TransitionÂ
Â
Â
You want to explore what this season is asking of you, whether or not you can name exactly what may be changing.Â
Â
 The Structure
Â
4-Week Guided Arc
Noticing What's Here
Bringing gentle awareness to invisible expectations, unwritten standards, self-imposed obligations, and patterns that have become part of how you move through your days.
Naming & Sorting
Discerning what is genuinely yours to carry, what belongs to others or roles you've outgrown, and what still needs more of your attention now.
Practicing Release
Using breathwork, qigong, and structured reflections to loosen what's no longer serving you and create space for what matters now.
Entering Winter Light
Listening for what remains when there is a little more space: what matters now, what you want to carry forward, and how you want to meet the season ahead.
Â

Â
Â
Live Support or On Your Own
Â
Live individual coaching sessions and personalized weekly email check-ins with Stephanie (Coached tier), or a weekly email from Stephanie and moving through the arc at your own pace (Foundations tier).
More Than Four Weeks
Seasons of Stillness doesn't end when the cohort closes. You keep ongoing access to your own cohort materials (the workbook, reflections, and guided practices from your season), plus ongoing access to Your Mindfulness Space, tended by Stephanie and shaped around what you actually need. It's a calm place to return to: guided meditations, qigong, breathwork, and mindful living resources to help you return to stillness and steadiness throughout the year.
Â
A season to pause between what’s been and what’s next.
 Your Facilitator
Hi. I'm Stephanie.Â
Â
I am a former practicing attorney, now a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and certified mindfulness and qigong instructor.
Early in my career, I developed a high-pressure mode of functioning that helped me get through demanding circumstances. It served me well until it began to cost me my health, ease, and presence.
I founded LiveWellFlow to help accomplished professionals discern what matters most and set down what isn't theirs to carry, so work and life feel sustainable, deeply grounded, and nourishing again.
