Welcome to the LiveWellFlow Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Enrollment
You must sign up to enroll in the LiveWellFlow Affiliate Program. We reserve the right to accept or reject any participant at our discretion.
2. Commissions
- Commission Rate: You will receive a commission as specified in the Affiliate platform on all successful purchases made by individuals who sign up using your unique referral link.
- Eligible Purchases: Commissions are earned on first-time purchases of a product or service made by referred individuals.
- Payouts: Commissions will be paid out no later than the 5th of every month when the prior month's balance reaches a minimum of $30. If the balance is below $30, the balance will be carried over to the next payment period until the minimum threshold is met. Payments will be made via PayPal.
- Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to make purchases. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
3. Refunds & Payment Policy
- Refund Policy Impact on Commissions: If a customer referred by you requests a refund on a purchase, any commission earned on that sale will be reversed. If the refund occurs after your commission has been paid out, the amount of the refunded commission will be deducted from future payouts.
- Refund Period: Refunds are not available for digital products. Customers may request a refund if they cannot attend an event for which they have paid. In most, but not all, cases, they will only be able to receive a refund if they cancel at least 7 days before the event.
- Chargebacks & Cancellations: In the event of a chargeback or cancellation of a referred purchase, the corresponding commission will also be reversed or deducted from future earnings.
4. Referral Tracking
- Referral Link: You will be provided with a unique referral link. Sales made through this link will be tracked using cookies. The sale will be credited to the Affiliate member if the purchaser completes the purchase using the same browser where they originally clicked the link.
If someone has links from more than one affiliate member, credit for a sale will go to the affiliate member whose link was used to make the purchase.
- Cookie Duration: The referral cookie lasts for 60 days. If someone clicks your link but does not complete a purchase within 60 days, you will not receive a commission for that sale.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not engage in the following activities:
- False or Misleading Advertising:
- Misrepresenting our brand, products, or services in any way is not allowed.
- Spam: Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or using inappropriate communication methods to promote your referral link is prohibited.
- Paid Ads on Branded Keywords: You are not allowed to bid on branded keywords such as "Stephanie Lewis," "LiveWellFlow," or any variations thereof.
- Discount Codes: Only the official discount codes provided by LiveWellFlow can be used in conjunction with affiliate links.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms or unethical behavior. Upon termination, you will forfeit any outstanding commissions if they were earned through dishonest or prohibited practices.
7. Relationship
Your participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment or agency relationship with LiveWellFlow. You are considered an independent affiliate, and we are not responsible for any tax liabilities or legal obligations related to your earnings.
8. Modification of Terms
LiveWellFlow reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Liability
LiveWellFlow will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or profits, arising in connection with the Affiliate Program. We make no warranties regarding the program’s functionality, and we will not be responsible for any interruptions or technical issues.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Maryland, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
