đź—¸Your internal pace is moving too fast, so you feel hurried and off-balance.
đź—¸Your mind keeps running ahead, replaying, anticipating, or filling quiet moments with more noise.
đź—¸You are losing sleep, focus, and patience or stress is affecting your health.
🗸You notice tension lingering in your body, even when you’re trying to relax.

If you see yourself in even one of these, Seasons of Stillness: Inner Pace Reset offers a simple weekly rhythm to support you through this season.
Â
Why this, why now
We are living in an especially fast-moving and high-energy era. And Spring has a way of speeding things up even more.
This shows up in your full days, when there is not much space between one thing and the next.
Short, supportive weekly reflections and practices can help interrupt the stress that builds when your days move without much room to reset.
Small, repeatable moments can:
You can stay grounded and recover more quickly even in the midst of all the motion around you.

"As someone who tends to overwork and experience stress-related symptoms, Seasons of Stillness felt like exactly what I needed. The blend of Qigong and meditation is powerful, and Stephanie's soothing voice quickly guides you into the right mindset to achieve true stillness. I leave each session feeling calmer, more focused, and better supported in my mental and physical health." — Adam

Â
4 weeks of grounding practices.Â
2 live group circles.Â
Most practices are 3 - 12 minutes.
Each week supports three simple practice lanes: meditation, movement, and informal micro-practices.
These practices can help you stay more connected to yourself as you move through the demands of the day. Â
Focus on one lane or use the combination that calls to you.Â
Over time, you’ll start to notice which lane supports you most on different kinds of days.
A guided meditation practice each week that is both beginner friendly and supportive for all levels to help your body relax and your mind settle.
A gentle qigong or mindful movement practice each week to help you release tension, reduce accumulated stress in the body, and create a little more room in your system. Â
A micro-practice each week for brief, practical, "return to center" moments and head off the spirals during the day.  Â
Â
Weekly mindful journaling invitations for noticing your own inner rhythm.Â
Â
2 live reflection and practice circles to reflect, integrate, and set a quiet intention for the spring season. (Replay of practices and teaching available if you can't attend live.)Â

The words below come from a few more participants in the winter cohort of Seasons of Stillness.
Â
"The end of the year was hectic. Seasons of Stillness helped me reframe for the new year and remember what is important to me (not to others). It was the perfect way to start a new year." — Jennifer L.
Â
Â
"Seasons of Stillness was a great way to end the year and begin a new one. Stephanie's approach is welcoming and gentle without feeling pressured or overwhelming. The program meets you where you are and you can take it at a pace that works for you." — Julie

Â
You’ve been feeling stretched thin by the pace of life and want a steadier internal pace to come back to. You might be carrying a lot at work or at home. You might sleep “okay” but still wake up tired. Or you might notice that your mind doesn’t truly settle, even when you finally have a quiet moment.
You don’t want a program that adds pressure or does not work with your unpredictable schedule.
You want a simple weekly structure that helps you quiet some of the mental noise and move through your days with more steadiness and choice.
Â
Think of this as a steadier way to move through spring: one weekly reflection, three short practice lanes, and two chances to pause with others who also carry a lot of responsibility.
No catching up. Just a grounded way to support yourself when there is not much space between one responsibility and the next.
