Short, supportive weekly reflections and practices can help ground yourself more deeply without overhauling your life.

Small, repeatable moments of settling can soften stress, quiet the mind, and help you move through the season with steadier energy and clearer direction.

Because yes, you can still be grounded in the midst of all the motion swirling around you.

 

What's Included

 

4 weeks of grounding practices. Most practices are 3 - 12 minutes.  2 live group circles.

Each week supports three simple practice lanes: meditation, movement, and informal micro-practices. 

Focus on one lane or use the combination that calls to you. 

Over time, you’ll start to notice which lane supports you most on different kinds of days.

Meditation

A guided meditation practice each week that is both beginner friendly and supportive for all levels to help your body relax and your mind soften.

Qigong 

A gentle qigong or mindful movement practice each week to help you release tension and cultivate calm energy. 

 

Micro-Practices

A micro-practice each week for brief, practical, "return to center" moments and head off the spirals during the day.   

 

Journaling Prompts 

Weekly mindful journaling invitations for noticing your own inner rhythm. 

 

Live Practice & Reflection Circle 

2 live reflection and practice circles to reflect, integrate, and set a quiet intention for the spring season. (Replay of practices and teaching available if you can't attend live.)

One Time Payment

This early bird rate of $77 expires on March 27 at 11:59 pm ET.

Regular price $97.

A simple weekly rhythm.
Each Friday (April 10, 17, 24, and May 1), you’ll receive an email with the week’s theme, reflection, practices, and journal prompts. Then you can carry it with you as a quiet thread through your week, in small, repeatable moments. All materials and replays are available in the portal during and after the cohort.

Private and pressure-free.
You can keep it simple and move at your own pace quietly, privately, without the feeling of “keeping up.” 

A live circle where the threads come together.
We come together virtually for 75 minutes in April for guided meditation and reflection.

  • Sunday, April 26, 3:00 pm - 4:15 pm ET

The replay will include only the guided practices and teaching, not any personal sharing.

Hi, I'm Stephanie

 

I’m a former attorney, now a national board-certified health & wellness coach and certified mindfulness and qigong instructor. I founded LiveWellFlow because I understand what it’s like to carry a lot and still be expected to keep going.

I help high-responsibility professionals who feel depleted inside from constant pressure create a steadier inner rhythm through mindfulness so work and life feel sustainable again.

If, after receiving the first week’s materials, you feel this offering isn’t a fit, you may request a full refund by 11:59 pm ET on Thursday, April 16, 2026. Please email slewis@livewellflow.com. Access will be removed upon refund.
