Finding Steadiness Through Mindful Eating

Date: Tuesday, June 16, 2026

Time: 7-8:30 pm ET

Virtual by Zoom

$39

Our first workshop in this series will focus on the powerful practice of mindful eating.

Mindful eating can help you slow down, listen more closely to your body, and relate to food with more awareness and less judgment.

And the skills do not stop with eating. Mindful eating can also help you notice patterns around stress, urgency, expectations, and self-criticism. These are the the same patterns that often show up in other parts of life.

In this workshop, we’ll explore mindful eating as a gateway to:

  • Greater self-awareness
  • A healthier relationship with food
  • More steadiness around choices, cravings, and habits
  • A kinder way of nourishing your body and mind

The session will be recorded. Workshop practices will be available for a limited time.
