- expectations (both your own and others)
- everyday situations like eating and decision-making.
Each 90-minute workshop includes:
- live teaching and guided practices
- reflection prompts and practical exercises
- replay access for a limited time

Finding Steadiness Through Mindful Eating
Stephanie Lewis is the founder of LiveWellFlow, a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, certified mindfulness instructor, and qigong teacher. A retired attorney, she helps individuals work more skillfully with stress and cultivate greater steadiness through mindfulness practices that fit real life.
Stephanie has additional training in mindful eating through the Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT) Program and Michelle May’s Am I Hungry?® Mindful Eating Training Program. Her approach uses mindful eating not only to support a healthier relationship with food, but also as a way to deepen self-awareness and explore patterns that extend into other areas of life.
