Hi! I'm Stephanie Lewis

I help high-responsibility professionals who carry a lot to work more skillfully with stress, expectations, and internal pressure through mindfulness, so work and life feel more steady and sustainable.

I’m a certified mindfulness meditation and qigong instructor, a national board-certified health and wellness coach, a recently retired managing attorney, and a family caregiver. My approach is practical, grounded, and designed to support real life, especially during demanding seasons.
