Each week supports three simple practice lanes: meditation, movement, and informal micro-practices.Â
Focus on one lane or use the combination that calls to you.Â
Over time, you’ll start to notice which lane supports you most on different kinds of days.
A guided meditation practice each week that is both beginner friendly and supportive for all levels to help your body relax and your mind soften.
A gentle qigong or mindful movement practice each week to help you release tension and cultivate calm energy.Â

A micro-practice each week for brief, practical, "return to center" moments and head off the spirals during the day.  Â

Weekly mindful journaling invitations for noticing your own inner rhythm.Â

2 live reflection and practice circles to reflect, integrate, and set a quiet intention for the spring season. (Replay of practices and teaching available if you can't attend live.)Â

I help high-responsibility professionals who feel depleted inside from constant pressure create a steadier inner rhythm through mindfulness so work and life feel sustainable again.
