How It Works

 

A simple weekly rhythm.
Each week, you’ll receive a reflection, journal prompts, and a few short practices.

Private and pressure-free.
You can move at your own pace—quietly, privately, without the feeling of “keeping up.”

Supportive whether you’re returning or already practicing.
For some people, these three weeks become a gentle way back into practice; for others, they’re a deeper, more intentional way to mark the transition into 2026.

Grounding practices that help you settle.
The practices are simple: guided meditations, breathwork, and gentle qigong movements that help the body unwind so the mind can settle.

A curated library, if you want more.
In addition to the weekly practices, you’ll have access to a curated mindfulness library—so if you’d like to explore more meditations, qigong, or coaching audios, they’re there for you.

A live circle where the threads come together.
We come together virtually for 75–90 minutes in January for guided meditation, reflection, and intention setting for a steadier tone for 2026. The live circle is where everything weaves together—your reflections, the weekly practices, and the quiet intention to begin 2026 from a more rooted place.

You can choose the date that works best for you:

  • Tuesday, January 6, 3:00–4:30 pm ET

  • Saturday, January 10, 10:00–11:30 am ET

To protect the privacy of the group, the replay will include only the guided practices and teaching—not any personal sharing.

This isn’t a quick fix—it’s a supportive container.
The impact comes from showing up for yourself with intention, in whatever way is realistic for you. Over time, many people begin to notice a steadier way of meeting their days—sometimes including more ease around sleep and reactivity.

Seasons of Stillness is for you if you’re craving a gentler way to cross that threshold from one year to the next — a small, steady container to pause, exhale, and listen to what this new season is asking of you.
