This focused two-hour workshop seamlessly combines the calming practice of meditation with the centering and rejuvenating movements of Qigong. 🧘🏻♀️☯️
Designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit, in this event we will:
* engage in essential practices to cultivate inner peace and physical well-being
* explore ways you can create better balance in your present life, and
* provide you access to the meditation bundle, Meditations for Daily Peace as well as links to other resources to help you continue your practice at home.
