Who are these meditations for?

This meditation bundle is designed for anyone who wants to develop and maintain a meditation practice connected to the various parts of the day, whether it's first thing in the morning, for a brief mid-day pause, or in preparation for a good night's sleep.

Who are these meditations not for?

There has been a lot of "hype" around meditation and mindfulness. If you are looking for a quick fix to life's challenges, this course is not for you. These meditations are designed to help you integrate meditation into your day.

Importantly, if you are suffering from serious mental health issues, have a history of trauma, severe PTSD, or are struggling with addiction, consult with your licensed physician or mental health care provider before engaging in these practices. They can guide you in deciding if meditation and/or mindfulness practices are right for you and, if so, which ones will help you and not exacerbate your struggles.
