Join us for a Qigong standing meditation practice. We will gather together for a brief check in, warm up, and 15-20 minute standing meditation. This practice can also be done sitting on a chair.
Admission to the session opens at 6:25 am. To get the most out of the session, no one will be admitted after 6:32 am.
Cliff Garratt will serve as lead for this practice group. We will meet via Zoom.
